Fish Tacos

3 Corn Tortillas per serving
1 Cup Cooked Kidney, Pinto, or Black Beans
1 lb. Halibut, or Cod
1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar or Jack Cheese
1 Chopped Tomato
Flame-Boy Salsa (Any Variety)
Sour Cream
Salt, Pepper, and Lime Juice to taste.

Saute fish in an oiled or buttered skillet,
until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place cooked fish onto a paper towel,
absorbing excess oil. Steam or toast corn
tortillas. Place all ingredients into cooked
corn tortilla and fold. Flame-Boy Mango
Salsa is especially good with this recipe!
Serve with a wedge of lime.
