Steaks; (Halibut, Salmon, Cod, Snapper, Swordfish, Fresh Tuna, or Trout) 1 Jar Flame-Boy Salsa - Any Variety Vegetable Oil Salt Pepper Lemon Wedges, for garnish METHOD ONE: Marinate fish steaks in Flame-Boy Salsa, in a covered and refrigerated bowl, overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until done. Test with fork for done-ness at 30 minutes. METHOD TWO: Spread Flame-Boy Salsa over the entire surface of the fish, just prior to baking. Afterwards place fish steaks into an oiled baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes or until done. Test with fork for done-ness at 30 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedges. |
