1/3 Jar, Flame Boy Pineapple Salsa
or Flame-Boy Tomato Salsa
3/4 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Minced Fresh Ginger (remove skin first)
1/2 Cup Warm Water
2 TBS. Soy Sauce
Juice of One Lime (optional)
In a bowl, blend peanut butter and water together
with a fork, beating until smooth. Add Flame-Boy
Salsa and remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Serve over brown rice, noodles, steamed
vegetables, or use as a dipping sauce!
