Crab Cakes Deluxe

2 Tbs. Melted Butter
2 Beaten Eggs
1/3 Cup Cream
1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
2 cups Flaked Crab Meat
1/3 Cup Tomato Flame-Boy Salsa
1/2 Teas. Salt (if desired)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 2
hours. Form mixture into patties, and dust
each one with flour or dry bread crumbs.

Melt butter or vegetable oil in a skillet, and
slowly brown patties on each side, over a low
heat for approximately 6 minutes.

Serve with wedges of lemon or lime!
