Stewed Chicken
One Whole, Cut-Up Fryer
One Jar, Flame-Boy Salsa - Any Variety
1 TBS. Salt

Place chicken into stockpot, and add jar of
Flame-Boy Salsa. Fill pot to top with water,
and add salt. Cover and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, turn down to low, and cook
covered for approximately one hour, or
until meat is thoroughly cooked.

Drain water, and let meat cool in refrigerator.
When meat is cool enough to handle, separate
and remove all bones, and discard bones.

Use flavorful stewed meat to add to burritos,
tacos, pasta salads, sandwiches, lasagna, and
anything your imagination inspires you to do!
