Lb. Steak, Pork, or Tofu, cubed. 1 Jar Flame-Boy Tomato Salsa 4 Cups Cooked Kidney and/or Black Beans 1 29 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce 1 6 oz. Can of Tomato Paste 1 Diced Yellow Onion 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil Sour Cream or Grated Cheddar Cheese Salt to taste Fry steak, chicken, turkey or tofu pieces, in a lightly oiled skillet over a medium heat until browned and cooked throughout. Add onion and saute until they become clear. Add Flame-Boy Salsa, tomato sauce, paste and beans. Thin with water, if necessary. Stir, and simmer covered over low heat for approximately an hour. Serve topped with sour cream or grated Cheddar. Interesting Additions: Fresh or Frozen Corn Niblets, Diced Red Bell Pepper, and Grated Carrots. |
