Rustic Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1/2 Jar Flame-Boy Tomato Salsa
1 Egg, Beaten
1 Small Yellow Onion, Minced
1 TEAS. Oregano
1/2 TEAS. Salt
2 Cups Fresh Bread, Cubed

(For LOW CARB version - omit bread).
Beat egg in a large mixing bowl, and add
remaining ingredients. Blend with clean
hands.

Press mixture into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated, 375 degree oven for
60 minutes, or until cooked through to the
inside (test with a fork). You may cover
pan with tinfoil, to speed cooking time.
